The staff were lovely and elegant and our room was compact with a very wide selection and modern bedrooms plus air con. The property was in the middle of the city.

The location was great and lovely, a short walk to a train station, if you need it. We ate at a nice restaurant for a great meal with good atmosphere.

Its location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, right in the centre of everything you need, and in a very beautiful area. The room I booked was could be updated-beds very comfortable and available with character.  

New-fashioned room, we had standard queen room, with coffee facilities and blinds. Marvellous location by trolleys etc was a plus.

Extremely pleasant and newly renovated rooms with proper single beds for the kids & a king-size for the adults and lively bar area. Location: perfect and fantastic, close to restaurants, pubs and shops, the "sister hotels " Blancos 

I truly enjoyed the stay, good value. The service was very efficient and the rooms were fully-equipped and brand-new with a large ensuite bathroom and a generous sized full bath plus four poster bed.

The hotel is in a great central location, within walking distance of the railway station and situated in a pleasant area.

The rooms here are modern and come with two comfortable double beds, a bedroom with tea-making facilities, and a delicious breakfast in a wonderful location that's just a short walk from the train station.

The hotel is located in a central area close to sister hotels Blancos and The Towers. They offer newly renovated and high-class rooms with a four-poster bed. The Welsh breakfast is tidy and there are great options for Sunday lunch, late

Really enjoyed staff and rooms, the hotel had essentials we needed. The location was magnificent for getting around, as a railway station was walking distance to the property. The restaurant was pleasant with good food.  

I had a peaceful stay in February. The hotel's location is perfect, next to places for dinner, train station, central town, shops. The lounge bar was relaxing. The staff were well-trained and attentive.
